Yukari Masaki (正木 由加里, Masaki Yukari) is a minor character of City Hunter. She is a "student at one of the more elite colleges for women." and the "only daughter of industrialist Eizo Masaki." all according to Ryo Saeba.

Yukari has black hair that is tied in a low bushy ponytail by a light blue headband with bangs hanging over her forehead and brown eyes.
She wears a white shirt, red and pink leather jacket, pink earrings, a brown belt, blue jeans and red and blue boots.
Etymology[]
- The name Yukari means "reason, case, cause" (由) (yu), "add, increase" (加) (ka) and "village" (里) (ri).
- Yukari's surname Masaki means "right, proper" (正) (masa) and "tree, wood" (木) (ki).
