Takeaki Muto known as the Professor (武藤 武明, Mutō Takeaki) is a main antagonist of the City Hunter: Goodbye My Sweetheart TV special.

Takeaki is a handsome young man with shoulder-length dark aubergine that has long hair strands hanging on either side of his face and dark green eyes.
Plot[]
Takeaki is a cold-blooded top terrorist and goes by the nickname “Professor”. He is under surveillance by the police and also by Interpol, but it is easy for him to escape Saeko and her people. It is rumored that he is Japanese or at least of Japanese descent. The professor prefers to use Black Talon cartridges, a special ammunition, but production has been discontinued due to their enormous penetrating power. He is believed to have been responsible for more than a dozen murders. He is also accused of kidnapping a business boss, robbing a Swiss bank money transporter and countless other crimes. The advantage of him is that in no case can his involvement be proven. He does not commit these crimes for financial reasons, but only for his personal vanity and his own aesthetics.
Takeaki attacks a prison transport truck with the inmates Yamauchi and Tatsuoka and also shows directly who is in charge. The two of them are supposed to help him put his perfidious plan into action. He blackmails the Japanese government for 10 billion yen. He has the police chief Nogami as his first negotiating partner, but he demands a more competent interlocutor. From there, Saeko is in touch with the professor by telephone. As a small sample, if you don't respond to his demands, he sends her a "message." This car bomb was just a foretaste, as he has hidden bombs of the same caliber within Shinjuku. Takeaki threatens to set off all the bombs if you try anything stupid. Each individual bomb is linked to the others and would create a domino effect.
Another reason for his return to Japan is to hunt down the City Hunter. He has heard a lot about him and it is a big challenge for him. Takeaki is highly intelligent and extremely dangerous; he doesn't care if innocent people die. His personal revenge is at the forefront and he knows exactly how to pull the strings because he likes to play with fire. He is genius and madness in one person.
