Personality & Appearance
A beautiful woman with great physique and confidence. She has dark-blue, shoulder-length hair. She is a cunning woman who knows exactly what she wants and is dubbed the 'Vixen' of the Tokyo metropolitan police department.
Plot
City Hunter
Saeko is the eldest daughter of the police chief of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, and works as a detective in the police force.
Angel Heart

Relationships
Hideyuki Makimura(槇村秀幸)
In City Hunter, she was his former partner in the police department. In Angel Heart, they had shared a romantic relationship and she remains currently single after his death.
Ryo Saeba(冴羽 獠)
Ryo and Saeko have known each other a long time and whenever it can be set up, Saeko seeks Ryo for help with her cases.
Reika Nogami
Reika is Saeko's younger sister. She worked in the Tokyo Police Department, like Saeko, before becoming a detective.

She carries an alterated version of the police revolver and has hidden knives within reach for self-defense purposes. Although she is a left-hander she also shows her ambidexterity with a gun. In Angel Heart, she carries a Walther PPK and a Glock-19.
