Personality & Appearance

She has blue, shoulder length hair and dresses formally. Due to her dedication to her work, she has sacrificed a part of her social life. Like most women, she is able to trust Ryo as a sweeper. Though initially she gets put off by his advances and antics, through the time spent with him, she starts to feel more comfortable and safe with him around, even contemplating that she might consider having a relationship with him.

Plot

She is an assistant to her father, a professor. Her father was working on a research medication as a counter to animal reproduction and was successful. Though in the process, they discovered that the outcome could also have an effect on humans. Not wanting the bacteria to fall in the wrong hands, all information regarding it was destroyed along with him. Thus, Mitsuko-san is the only person with sole knowledge of all information on the experiment that the pharmaceutical company wants and is seeking to complete the antidote as a countermeasure to it. If she doesn't finish and is caught before that, she requested Ryo to kill her.

According to Ryo, she is a competent assistant to her father.

She carries a six shots .38 special caliber short barreled gun (colt detective special look alike) in her handbag, left behind from her father to protect when necessary.
