Kiyomi (清美) is a minor character in City Hunter 2. She is a police officer.
Plot[]
Kiyomi is a young, dedicated police officer from the same station as Saeko Nogami, but belongs to a different department, the motorcycle patrol. During her patrol duty, she notices Saeko's relatively fast and sometimes dangerous driving style. As her duty, she stops Saeko's Porsche, but in doing so she unknowingly hinders a chase. This faux pas still weighs heavily on her, but Ryo Saeba, who was in Saeko's car, makes Kiyomi understand one thing. She acted like a dutiful police officer and shouldn't worry about it.
Kiyomi apologizes to Saeko for what happened and offers to actively support Saeko in the case. But Kiyomi is rejected on the grounds that her department is not responsible for it. The incident just doesn't let Kiyomi go and Ryo already suspects that she wants to fix her mistake by arresting the crooks herself. Ryo helps her observe the suspects.
Ryo quickly realizes that Kiyomi is a confident and direct woman who doesn't hold back about her opinions. Sometimes Kiyomi has no further problems defending herself against attackers. With a few clever moves, the opponent is on the ground. She is a safe motorcyclist and not only has a great driving style with her company bike, but also with any two-wheeler.
